Who I Am

I’ve built things from scratch – companies, teams, and partnerships – and I know what it takes to make something work when full accountability rests on my shoulders. That foundation shapes how I show up.

In partnerships, I work across multiple stakeholders simultaneously – learning what drives each party, speaking their language, and building the narrative that makes everyone’s goals align. When I built a Google Cloud alliance from the ground up, I developed the executive relationships, created the go-to-market framework, and constructed the joint narrative that gave the partnership its commercial legs. The alliance generated $20M in revenue.

I take full ownership of what I commit to – not as a stated value, but as a daily practice. People trust me quickly because my curiosity about them is genuine. I want to know what actually matters to them, not just what I need from the conversation.

Creativity is central to how I think and how I lead. I bring original thinking to complex problems and I love drawing that same creative energy out of the teams I build and lead.
